Closed Cell Foam
ProSEAL™ is a 2lb/ft3 density, closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation that is applied as a liquid to the wall, ceiling, attic or floors. The liquid reacts, expands, and cures in place, forming a fully adhered, seamless insulating and air-blocking membrane that seals walls to prevent air penetration and block outside noise pollution. The results are a quieter home and lower energy costs. The closed-cell structure of ProSEAL™ blocks air movement and has a low perm rating, which controls moisture vapor movement, eliminating the need for an additional vapor retarder. When moisture vapor is controlled, condensation will not occur, thus eliminating the water to support mold growth. Additionally, ProSEAL™ is blended with an anti-microbial agent to inhibit mold, mildew and bacterial growth.
Open Cell Foam
ProFILL™ is a 0.5 lb/ft3 low density, open-cell foam insulation that is applied as a liquid to the wall, ceiling, attic, or floors. The foam reacts, expands, and cures in place, forming a fully-adhered, seamless insulating and air blocking membrane. ProFILL™ offers exceptional insulating power that can reduce energy consumption and save on monthly power bills. ProFILL™ also forms an air barrier that seals the walls to prevent air penetration and block outside noise pollution, creating a quieter home. Additionally, ProFILL™ is blended with an anti-microbial ingredient to inhibit mold, mildew and bacterial growth.
Spray polyurethane foam roofing systems by Profoam are some of the highest performing commercial roof membranes. SPF Roofs are monolithic, leak free, self flashing, and help to save energy by reducing utility bills. Appendix X Approved
Sealite™ OCX is a two component, one-to-one by volume, low density open cell polyurethane spray foam system. The foam is a self-adhering, seamless, sealant/air barrier insulation membrane. Sealite™ OCX has been formulated with water as the blowing agent and does not contain CFC, HCFC, HFC or formaldehyde. Sealite™ OCX is approved for use in Type V-B construction. Sealite™ OCX is approved for application in restricted access attic spaces with no additional ignition barrier covering.
