Please join us for our 5-Day SPFA training event and get SPFA certified. Profoam has now incorporated SPFA PCP CERTIFICATION into its nationally recognized Training Programs. Contractors can take prep courses and exams that will earn them the SPFA Certification for various levels:
Profoam’s Spray Foam Academy is proud to announce our next training school date. The two schools will be held right after another during the week of December 10th through December14th, 2017. The first school is an SPFA PCP Certification Class officially sanctioned by the Spray Foam Alliance. Each day is spent reviewing the course materials and preparing for the optional SPFA Final Exam certification tests.
SPFA PCP Certification Class Outline (5 Days)
Day 1: Geotech Classroom Training Presented by Mitch Clifton and Ronnie Simmons of NCFI
Day 2: : Half Day Geotech Field Training and Demonstration Presented by NCFI Followed by Level 2 SPFA Certification Prep Course Presented by Mason Knowles. Test to Follow
Day 3: Building Envelope Training Presented by Jamie Kaye of Elm Energy Group Followed by Level 3 SPFA Certification Prep Course Presented by Mason Knowles. Test to Follow
Day 4:Hands on SPF Equipment Training Presented by Tom Rivera of PMC followed by Field SPF Insulation Training
Day 5: Profoam Business Seminar Presented by Ted Medford Followed by spray foam Application Techniques and Hands on Spraying Instruction
Successful students will receive a Photo ID Certification Card directly from the SPFA. The SPFA requires certain third prerequisites to qualify for certain levels. The SPFA charges additional fees for registration and the certifications. More details on the SPFA Certification Programs can be found here. The classes include special outside professional instructors and will dig deep into how to properly run your spray foam contracting business. Ted Medford, one of the industry’s best will explain how to measure jobs properly, choose the right materials, and build accurate quotation systems that will insure profitable projects. Ted will also reveal his systems for selling and closing spray foam jobs. If you can’t make the SPFA Certification classes, you don’t want to miss Spray Foam Academy’s Equipment 101 and Business 101 schools. There are no exams for these classes.
NOTE: We strongly recommend taking the SPFA exams, even though it is not a requirement.

Cost for the first person is $995.00, additional attendees will be qualify for a $100 Profoam Parts or Accessories Credit.
Payment must be received in order to guarantee a spot in the class. Class size will be limited to the first 15 paid applicants.
Refunds will not be given to “no-shows”; those who have paid but do not attend will be sent a manual and other instructional materials from the course. Class fee does not include transportation, meals or lodging. Lunch and refreshments are included in the school fees.
